This entry shall enable all ieX members to create a list of software, that will work with Vista Beta 1, or won't work, so that it's possible to check that even before installation. Feel free to contribute.

NOTES:

• Please mention the version/build number of the software and if it applies to the 32 or the 64 Bit Beta OS!
• All 16 Bit software will fail to run on Vista as such legacy support has been removed from the OS!
• To GREATLY increase the likelihood of compatibility with installer software, be sure your user account is a member of the new "Trusted Installers" group!!!
  • If you had installer problems previously, then please make this change, log off & back in, and try it again.
