To get this card to work, get the two install files from the 3Com driver site. Unload these into a directory on windows Xp. Copy this directory over to vista (Floppy, CD, USB, etc.) Then use the Manage Hardware devices to upgrade the driver, and point the upgrade utility to the copied directory.
