Using Microsoft's VirtualPC with Apple's OS X allows me to install and run Windows XP, OS X, and many Unix/X-Windows/Linux applications side-by-side (ie: concurrently)!!! I can even share files and copy/cut/paste between the different desktops!!! Three computers for the price of one!!!
