Information
This page contains a list of software with compatibility issues on the Windows XP x64 operating system. Please note that this list focuses on software that does NOT function properly. Software that is not listed in this list either works fine or was not yet tested.
This list is devided into two sections: Completely Incompatible Software, and Partially Incompatible. In the latter section, please do your best to also indicate which part of the software doesn't work ok, and if there's some workaround. For alternative software, please check the Native x64 Software page.

AntiVirus
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro 5.X
- McAfee Internet Security Suite 8.0 - Will not install, errors about OS not correct.
- McAfee Virus Scan version 9 Home Edition - Will not install, errors about OS not correct.
- Panda Titanium Antivirus 2005 - Unknown OS error.
- Trend Micro Internet Security 2005 - Errors during install.

Disk tools
- Acronis Disk Director Suite 9
- Acronis Disk Director Suite 10
- Alcohol 120% - 1.9.5 won't install as it uses 32-bit drivers.
- GameCopy Version 9 - Installs, but fails to load up or restore backups.
- Partition Magic 8 - Some say it installs, others say it doesn't.
- TUNEUP UTILITES 2006 - Does not work, not compatible.

- NetLimiter 1.30 - Loads and installs, but doesn't work.
- NetLimiter 2.X - Loads and installs, but doesn't work.
- Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro - Installs, but won't run correctly.

- PowerArchiver 9.20 - Software works, but shell integration doesn't.
- WinRAR 3.40 - Software works, but shell integration doesn't. (Version 3.50 or later is fully compatible.)
- WinZip 9 SR-1 - Software works, but shell integration doesn't.
