DDR-III

DDR-III is the name of the new DDR3 Standard being developed as the successor to DDR2
Preliminary details state that Bandwidth will start at 800 Mbit/s, rising to 1.5 Gbit/s. Voltage will also be much lower, as low as 1.2 or 1.5 V (compared to 1.8 V for DDR2 and 2.5 V for DDR).
